DUTIES

The warehouse stocking associate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse by maintaining accurate inventory records, handling and organizing products, as well as loading and unloading shipments.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Receive deliveries and ensure all items are accounted for

2. Accurately track and record inventory levels

3. Organize and maintain warehouse to ensure efficient product flow

4. Prepare and pack orders for shipment according to established procedures

5. Operate forklifts and other equipment safely and effectively

6. Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and supplies

7. Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS 

1. Strong attention to detail and accuracy

2. Ability to work well in a team environment

3. Excellent communication skills

4. Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment

5. Ability to lift heavy objects up to 20 pounds

6. Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends if required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS 

1. Ability to stand, walk, bend and lift for extended periods of time

2. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds on a regular basis

3. Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions, including outside in all weather conditions

WORKING CONDITIONS 

The warehouse associate will primarily work in a warehouse environment, which can be noisy and dusty. The position may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.
